Customer Complaints
and Proof:
If you lose a product, you must tell us within 15 days and
provide proof. If you don't have proof, we can't help you.
Resolution Process:
When you tell us about a damaged parcel, we'll work with you
following international courier rules within 15 days after you let us know
about the damage.
Maximum Compensation:
If we find your product was lost or damaged and you have
proof, we can pay you a maximum of $100 per shipment according to Bangladesh
International Courier rules.
Product Compensation:
If your product is lost or damaged and you didn't get
insurance, we can only compensate for the product itself.
No Insurance
Coverage:
If you didn't get insurance for your product, and you want
full compensation for its value, we won't be able to provide that.
Import Shipment
without Insurance:
If your imported shipment is lost or damaged without our
insurance, you'll have to pay based on the Bangladesh customs declaration
value. If you do have insurance, you'll need to pay the full declared value of
your product.
Non-Delivery of
Shipment:
Even if you tell us not to, you'll be responsible for all
the costs related to shipping your parcel. This includes sending it back or
keeping it in storage until we decide what to do with it. So, keep this in mind
when sending parcels.
