Estimated Price vs Confirmed Quote. Calculator results may provide an estimated shipping cost. Final charges can vary based on shipment details, applicable carrier/service rules, customs, duties, taxes, surcharges and other applicable charges. An estimate is never a final invoice.

Light but bulky parcels take up a lot of space. For pricing, carriers compare the actual weight with the volumetric weight and use the higher one as the chargeable weight.
The divisor can differ by service, so the calculator uses the applicable rule and our team confirms the final chargeable weight in your quote.
Volumetric weight
Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ divisor
Chargeable weight = applicable higher/billable weight according to the service's pricing rules.
Example (illustrative): a 40 × 30 × 30 cm box is 36,000 cm³. With a divisor of 5,000, volumetric weight is 7.2 kg. If it actually weighs 3 kg, the chargeable weight is 7.2 kg.
